This role combines the responsibilities of a Parts Interpreter and a Workshop Maintenance Coordinator, ensuring seamless coordination of parts and maintenance activities within our workshop. As the Parts and Maintenance Coordinator, you will, but not limited to: Receive and store products, components, and spare parts efficiently. Ensure accurate and efficient picking of orders and update stock records. Monitor and maintain stock levels for scheduled preventative maintenance. Report variances to the Workshop Manager and liaise with suppliers as needed. Plan and manage vehicle service bookings with all stakeholders. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and third-party maintenance providers and suppliers. Ensure high levels of vehicle service compliance and paperwork completed thoroughly. Complete all quality assurance and administrative tasks as required.
