Project Delivery & Concept Development: Lead F&B input for new builds, renovations, and concept creation, coordinating with operations, designers, architects, and owners. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs, address underperforming hotels with action plans, and reinforce brand and quality standards through site visits and reviews. Guest Experience & Innovation: Drive initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and identify new revenue opportunities, markets, or innovations beyond core business.
