Key Duties and Responsibilities: * Process Incoming Customer Payments * Identify and Resolve payment discrepancies * Process customer statement, invoice and account reconciliation requests * Correspond with customers regarding collections issues * Review and Process account adjustments * Reduce delinquency for assigned accounts * Maintain the Accounts Receivable reports as well as any associated Credit Hold listings; * Partner with sales and management when necessary to escalate collection efforts * Monitor and oversee the customer database to ensure accuracy; * Maintain the accounting filing system; * Perform other duties as required.
