We are seeking an experience and engaged HR Manager to join our high performing Enabling Areas team on a 6-month fixed-term basis. We’re seeking someone who is great at building relationships across all levels and passionate about creating a positive work experience for our people.

What will your typical day look like?  

As a HR Manager in our Enabling Areas function, you will be responsible for partnering with your client group to understand their needs and provide guidance on the development and implementation of both strategic and operational initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement, foster a positive culture and drive high performance. Key responsibilities would involve provision of HR advice, talent management, delivering leadership programs, reward and recognition, OH&S and ER management, including performance and investigations.

  • Complex ER case management experience including performance and investigations
  • Coaching / team leadership experience
