Join our dynamic team as a Business Development Manager, where you'll lead the charge in expanding Medibank’s presence in the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme and beyond. A key strategic priority is to expand Medibank’s presence within the Pacific Australia Labour Mobility (PALM) Scheme, with a focus on seasonal worker segments. The BDM will develop and execute a clear business development plan to support PALM-related growth, including regular travel to regional Queensland for stakeholder engagement and activation. The role also includes managing a portfolio of migration agents, working collaboratively with other Business Development Managers to ensure consistent account performance and partner satisfaction. The BDM is responsible for driving joins from B2B partners and contributing to the overall growth of Medibank’s overseas insurance business. Collaboration with the GEO Retail and Operations teams is essential to support and drive sales from B2B partners. Success will depend on a well-executed business development strategy, strong account management and sales capabilities, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving. These efforts should deliver positive outcomes for the business, our partners, and the end consumer, while supporting Medibank’s objective of profitable growth.
