Role Description The Retail Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Smiths Falls ON, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cannabis retail store. This includes supervising and scheduling staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and maintaining a clean, safe, and compliant environment. The manager will implement and uphold store policies, support sales targets, and manage cash handling procedures and loss prevention measures. The role also involves coaching team members, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring the store meets all regulatory and company standards. Collaboration with leadership on local marketing initiatives and reporting on store performance is also part of day-to-day responsibilities.
