Working alongside social strategists, content creators, and community managers, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of social programs, organic content calendars, creator-led programs, and high-impact integrated campaigns. About the Role Working closely with clients and teammates you’ll help manage and deliver a range of social and creator-led programs and campaigns ensuring that plans are executed flawlessly. You’ll play a key role from brief and planning through to production and publishing to deliver strategies that create cultural and commercial impact for our clients. What You’ll Do Client delivery: Manage day-to-day social delivery for your clients. Keep work on track, on brief and on time — building trust through consistency and quality. Strategy & planning: Assist in developing social strategies rooted in insight and cultural relevance. Contribute to and coordinate content planning, channel strategy and trend-led ideation with a point of view that adds value. Content & community: Support content creators and community managers across production, publishing and engagement. Help maintain a high bar for everything that goes live. Partner with clients: Work closely with clients to identify opportunities and cascade briefs within the agency. Combine brilliant basics with insightful and timely counsel. Reporting & insights: Assist with regular client reporting - pulling data, surfacing insights and helping tell the story of what's working and why. AI & innovation: Use WPP Open, our proprietary AI platform, to streamline workflows, improve content production and find smarter ways to deliver for clients. Growth: Identify opportunities to add value for clients beyond the brief and contribute to new business efforts when called on.
