In the Assistant Broker Advocate role, you’ll play an important role in supporting brokers through timely, accurate, and professional service. You’ll engage with brokers primarily through online and phone based channels to help resolve enquiries, navigate processes and support a consistent and positive broker experience. This role is critical in delivering operational excellence, strengthening broker partnerships, and ensuring a consistent approach to the market This is a full-time permanent role and you may be based in any of our offices nationwide. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with the option to work from home up to two days per week.
