The incumbent acts as a business partner to management and various stakeholders, developing short, medium, and long‑term planning strategies while coordinating production with both internal and external manufacturing partners. The Planning Analyst works closely with procurement, engineering, sales and production team members, in a complex and dynamic international environment. Main accountabilities Analysis and forecasting: collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. ​​​​​​​ Strategic and operational planning: develop and maintain short, medium, and long‑term production plans, considering global supply timelines, demand variability, and capacity constraints. Production coordination and manufacturing partnerships: Develop and manage production schedules in collaboration with external partners. Process Optimization: identify and implement improvements, including automation and simplification of planning processes. Performance Indicators (KPIs): develop and track dashboards to measure monthly and annual performance of sales, operations, suppliers, and service levels.
