POSITION OVERVIEW
Vencer Group is seeking a highly skilled, extroverted Senior Technical Analyst with deep technical expertise in Windows Server, Azure, and IT infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, project management experience, and a customer-first mindset. This role requires a hands-on technical professional with MSP experience and a proven track record of executing complex IT projects, supporting diverse IT environments, and driving operational excellence.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrates a strong track record of service delivery, and is dedicated to ensuring successful outcomes. As a highly collaborative individual, you are ready to execute successful projects, proposals and infrastructure deployments. You are capable of managing the changing dynamics of projects and client expectations. You design solutions to support business objectives. Preference for someone who has worked in the MSP space in a 5+ years.
PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS:
· Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to communicate technical solutions clearly.
· Excellent documentation and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and consistency in service delivery and time tracking.
· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
· Experience in working within an MSP environment, managing multiple client accounts and diverse infrastructures.
· Project management capabilities, including planning, execution, and post-project reviews.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure support, including server, networking, and cloud technologies.
· 5+ years working for a MSP or IT Service Provider
