Description du poste En tant qu'Analyste Principal, Recouvrements des comptes clients, vous relèverez directement du Superviseur, Recouvrements et ferez partie du Centre de services partagés des finances de l'AIM à notre siège social à Montréal, au Canada. Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Suivre les comptes clients en souffrance afin de s'assurer que les comptes sont payés à temps. Escalader et résoudre les disputes de paiement. Communiquer directement avec les clients ou les départements d’AIM, au besoin, pour faciliter la résolution des problèmes de comptes clients en suspens. Examiner le vieillissement du portefeuille et recommander des comptes pour les escalades de recouvrement. Gérer la libération des commandes pour les comptes clients conformément aux politiques de crédit de l'entreprise. Qualifications Ce dont vous êtes responsable : Vous avez un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en recouvrements et en comptes débiteurs. Vous avez une connaissance des principes comptables de base. Vous avez des études postsecondaires dans un domaine lié à la comptabilité ou aux affaires. Vous avez une bonne compréhension générale des systèmes informatiques et des logiciels de comptabilité. Vous avez des connaissances de Microsoft D365 (un atout). Vous avez des compétences intermédiaires en Excel.
