Job Purpose
The post holder will be responsible for the provision of operational workforce support in order to ensure best
practice people management within their divisions and across the wider People function in CLCH. They will
work with the divisional teams and CBU managers and monitor any arising issues or progress on
improvement or strategic chance plans.
Build and maintain positive working relationships with staff and staff representatives, developing trust and credibility at the division.
Be the “first point of call” for the division queries and for providing support.
Acting as a bridge to the HR Operations team when queries are not being resolved in a timely manner.
Support the HR BP in the activities outlined (as detailed below) with specific focus on training, coaching and regular communication and monitoring of any issues arising.
Support the HR Assistants, including managing and coaching when needed
