STRUCTURAL DRAWING CHECKER/PROJECT COORDINATOR

As a Drawing Checker/ Project Coordinator with our firm your primary responsibilities would be focussed on our QA/QC process involving reviewing and checking of construction documentation for our diverse building projects. This will include ensuring that our drawings and models meet a consistently high standard and contain sufficient practical information for construction teams to build with, while coordinating our REVIT models and drawings with other project disciplines. This role will also involve providing constructive feedback and coaching to the production team along with liaising with the engineering design and management teams as required. The ideal candidate would have an architectural technology background combined with construction industry experience, and the ability to communicate effectively. Attention to detail and a broad building experience base are required for this role, as is the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Our ideal candidate would be based in our Red Deer head office, although basing the role in our Calgary branch office location would also be considered.
