Build and maintain trusted client relationships, supporting business development and securing a strong pipeline of high-profile building services projects. Bachelor of Electrical with (ideally) 15+ years of consultancy experience delivering complex building services engineering projects. Chartership with Engineers Australia (CPEng), other equivalent registration and holds or is eligible for state level professional registration (RPV). Extensive technical expertise in discipline related design, with deep knowledge of Australian codes, standards and regulations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging clients, contractors, consultants, and senior project teams. Proven excellence in project and commercial management, leading multi-disciplinary teams on high-profile, technically challenging projects. Due to the nature of this role candidates with an Australian Citizenship and eligible for Defence Security Clearance are highly preferred. Existing clearance to Baseline or Negative Vetting 1 is highly regarded.
