Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee the entire construction project lifecycle, from planning through to completion. Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Estimate project costs and prepare budgets; monitor expenses and invoices, and ensure they align with project budgets. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and communications. Establish and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables. Conduct regular inspections on-site to monitor construction quality and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with various teams to ensure all project requirements and specifications are met. Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during the project execution while maintaining professionalism. Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
