Provide performance feedback, support professional growth, and ensure high levels of technical competency within the scheduling function. Foster a collaborative, proactive, and results‑driven team culture. Facilitate regular schedule coordination meetings with project managers, design teams, GCs, subcontractors, and client leadership. Communicate schedule updates, risks, and recommendations clearly through dashboards, executive‑level presentations, and written reports. Support conflict resolution, decision‑making, and negotiation related to schedule impacts. Oversee preparation of monthly program reporting, including 1‑, 3‑, and 6‑month lookahead schedules. Coordinate and manage multiple schedule inputs into a cohesive program‑level master schedule. Qualifications Required Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday in Rayville, LA, with relocation or regular travel required.
