WHAT YOU'LL DO: HVAC Project Coordination & Leadership: Manage daily HVAC installations, repairs, or maintenance activities, demonstrating leadership to keep projects on schedule with minimal disruptions. Resource & Budget Management: Efficiently allocate labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for HVAC projects, while managing budgets and escalating financial concerns when necessary. Problem-Solving & Communication: Address HVAC system challenges, maintain clear communication with installers, clients, and stakeholders, and accurately document project progress and issues. WHAT YOU BRING: Demonstrated proficiency in HVAC systems, tools, and techniques. HVAC certifications and licenses a plus. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently, with adaptability to shifting project needs and challenges. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a track record of fostering collaboration and motivating teams to achieve goals. Experienced in planning and managing HVAC projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure successful and timely completion.
