JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of Autodesk Navisworks, AutoCAD, and Autodesk Construction Cloud is a MUST
• Knowledge of Revit, Bently Systems Synchro is a benefit.
• Knowledge of basic construction processes and procedures
• Advance PC skills, including knowledge of Microsoft office products (word, excel, outlook etc..), google earth and maps, etc…
• BIM knowledge and interest in working with construction technology
• A problem solver and a willingness to learn
• Ability to communicate with project teams and with VDC Manager

  $70,000-$90,000
  The above salary range represents Hunter Roberts’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the possible base compensation range at the time of posting and is one part of the total rewards Hunter Roberts provides to employees.

• Review 3D models from consultants, contractors, engineers, and architects
• Conduct clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks Manage and BIM 360
• Work with the VDC Director to Audit and review models in Autodesk Revit
• Set up a project for model coordination within Autodesk Construction Cloud (checking alignments, ensure appearance profiles are set, views are set up, and merged models and corresponding folders are set up)
• Work with VDC direction to set up BIM Execution plans for each project.
• Provide varying levels of project support for MEPS coordination
• Ensure projects are working within the boundary of the BIM Execution Plan.
• Hold weekly coordination meetings with project ream members
• Manage/Update BIM project documents, i.e. composite drawings, sign off drawings, etc…
• Assist the VDC Direction to create and manage 2D and 3D logistics plans
• Alert manager of new technologies which may be helpful to the business unit.
