Prepare regular progress reports and proactively address any technical or operational issues. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience οf at least 3 years as a Site Supervisor, Construction Project Manager, or similar role in retail, commercial, or corporate construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications. Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
