You will regularly report to the resident engineer, project lead, and professional engineer (PE) overseeing the programs to keep them informed. This will ensure effective communication and decision-making throughout projects. Participation in a green infrastructure mentorship program is required where you will gain valuable knowledge and skills related to environmentally friendly construction practices, allowing you to contribute to sustainable and eco-conscious initiatives. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Maintaining daily, weekly, and expert tracking records. Verifying quantities and line items in field with contractors and client. Holding and attending field meetings with both contractors and owners to discuss progress, schedule and work remaining. Functioning as an ambassador for the city's urban forest resources during interaction with the city's residents and landowners. Administering all H&S procedures as required by the owner and as detailed in the H&S manual. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft SharePoint, along with excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. You should be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a diverse team, effectively representing Arcadis and our client agencies in interactions with clients, local agencies, and the community. Proficiency in reading and understanding design plans, specifications, and shop drawing submittals is essential.
