We are looking for a Wireless Construction Manager who will be the main face in the field to represent U1 Wireless for the following markets: Nebraska Colorado The Construction Manager role includes field responsibilities such as managing both in-house and subcontractor crews on-site, overseeing site modifications (MCOs), managing each project in the field from start to finish to ensure compliance with customer standards, and preparing Final Closeout Packages. Key Responsibilities Construction operations oversight: Oversee and supervise construction field operations, including in-house crews, subcontractors, and inspection activities, to ensure efficient and effective completion of the scope of work; Safety management: Ensure a safe environment on construction sites and ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations to protect the well-being of workers and visitors; Project coordination and scheduling: Coordinate and schedule field activities and resources, ensuring timely project execution. Track project progress, identify issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budgets; Project management: Take responsibility for the success of construction projects, meeting schedules, and delivery goals.
