Opportunity Reporting to the Director, People Services, the Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for delivering full cycle payroll for field and office employees across multiple legal entities. This role ensures timely, precise payroll delivery while supporting a positive employee experience. Working in downtown Calgary, within a small, collaborative People Services team, the position works closely with HR, Accounting, and Operations and provides strong payroll, Dayforce and HRIS support. It suits a payroll professional who is confident working independently, understands operational contexts, and brings strong technical and legislative knowledge.
