The role serves as the primary representative for client accounts in the assigned area or district, leads and participates in retention and growth activities within their area of responsibility. The role is accountable and responsible for financial performance, policy and process compliance, health and safety performance, talent management and strategic initiatives. The work covers multiple services or technical areas at multiple clients for a district of moderate complexity/risk/ impact to achieve mid- and long-term results and leads through multiple layers of management. How You’ll Make an Impact: Provides Strategic Leadership in Client/Customer Service Delivery Provides operational leadership to an assigned region to ensure compliance with operational initiatives and to meet client satisfaction.
