You will also be responsible for increasing revenue from existing customers and managing a mobile workforce. Duties and Responsibilities Participate in the development and implementation plans for customer (i.e. waxing schedules/, budgets, potential add on sales opportunities) Build strong relationships with customers and sub contractors Responsible for training subcontractors and employees on required legislated training (WHMIS, Health & Safety, etc.) and United cleaning specific training Lead all process initiatives and work with senior management to identify trends and process gaps.
