JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of our real estate development projects. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in the property development industry, managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments from concept to completion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management within the real estate/property development industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodology, planning, and execution.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver on deadlines.

  Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• working with property developer: 3 years (Preferred)

• Lead the planning, design, and construction phases of assigned development projects.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and progress updates to senior management.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, authorities, and investors.
• Supervise the procurement process and contract negotiations when required.
