About the role:
Lendlease Victoria is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Melbourne to help deliver a long-term project.
In this role, you’ll lead the procurement and construction functions, manage site/project engineers, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll oversee construction planning, productivity, sustainability, EHS compliance, quality assurance, and financial and contract management. You’ll also mentor junior staff and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
As a senior member of the project team, you will play a key role in driving collaboration across disciplines, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement, and championing innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges. You will be instrumental in shaping project outcomes and contributing to the long-term success of Lendlease’s operations in Melbourne.
