Understands and follows the established processes, policies, and procedures for tax preparation and other accounts, ensuring efficient, effective, and seamless administration and quality client service is achieved Monitor team mailbox, respond to inquiries and report user statistics Compile data for monthly reports and other regular reporting as required Update CRM system (Salesforce) to capture key business development activities.
