The Senior Director, Global Finance ERP within GFT's Finance IT will own the successful greenfield implementation of a cloud-based, enterprise-wide Product Subledger Ledger, Non-Product Subledger and Enterprise General Ledger. Acting as the primary bridge between enterprise technology leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery squads, this role will drive the end-to-end implementation. This Global ERP Lead will ensure consistent design and configuration, oversee technical integration and performance, and align stakeholders across technology, finance, and operations. What will you do? Platform Execution Lead a greenfield Product Subledger Ledger, Non-Product Subledger and Enterprise General Ledger implementation across all execution workstreams Drive enterprise implementation by adhering to the global design template, leveraging lessons learned to accelerate adoption, and collaborate with the Program Director to establish delivery standards, methodologies, and KPIs for consistent, high-quality outcomes. Technical and Functional Leadership Provide expert oversight for platform integration, technical delivery, data integration, migration, and custom development, while acting as the lead subject matter expert to ensure the functional solution design meets requirements for event-based accounting, subledger, and GL processes.
