The separation of Ice Cream will remove a layer complexity within the organisation, whilst segmenting our markets will enable standardisation of Business Processes and eliminate further complexity. Mirai is the Business Transformation Programme that will deliver a simplified IT estate across both ERP and our core business critical applications. This is needed to fully deliver the ambition set out under the Productivity Programme. There are three key drivers behind the timing for Mirai: Mirai is a critical enabler for all the changes being delivered by the new Operating Model. New and refreshed technology is required to maximise productivity savings from the redesigned organisation and enable the move to standardised processes. As part of the finance business partnering team for Mirai, you will be responsible for developing financial insights to drive the optimal shape of the ERP implementation programme ensuring we deliver our targeted transformation within the expected cost envelope and deliver the benefits at the same time. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide critical insights, and guide decisions that enhance the programme’s financial performance and impact. WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Main FBP responsibilities will include • Programme financial oversight: Manage financial aspects of the ERP implementation, in particular benefits, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and cost efficiency. • Benefit management: Validate and track proposed and realised benefits of te Mirai programme • Performance management: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support ERP project milestones and deliverables.
