ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Finance Analyst you will work closely with the Document team and assist in the production of Information Memorandum documents for live business sales mandates. The Information Memorandums we prepare are the primary document used to motivate potential investors / buyers engaged in M&A Deal processes with our clients. They provide a descriptive snapshot of the businesses history, trading, current status and projected future position and contain detailed financial information and analysis relating to revenue and profits, both actual and forecasted.
It is the Finance Analyst’s responsibility to look through each client’s accounts, transcribe them into a spreadsheet and then speak to them in order to fill any gaps in our understanding and ensure we are accurately reflecting their business’s financial outlook.
This is a key role within the deal-making process and is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven person looking to start or develop a career in mergers and acquisitions.
The successful candidate will receive ongoing support and training.
