Reporting to the Senior Manager, EDI Solutions, the position will play a pivotal role in optimizing our national EDI environment and collaborating with cross­ functional teams to drive efficiency and excellence. Responsibilities Monitor inbound and outbound EDI traffic, ensuring swift and accurate data exchange. Collaborate with third-party technical partners to lead the resolution of EDI errors, aiming for industry­ leading accuracy and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
