Your duties will include a variety of client service and administrative support to the branch and its clients. Responsibilities • Operate a telephone system or switchboard to answer, screen and forward telephone calls, take messages and provide information as required. • Update calendars and schedule meetings. • Organize catering for meetings, special events and luncheons. • Send, receive, and distribute all mail, courier packages, advisor mail outs and faxes. • Coordinate office supplies and maintenance of office equipment. • Maintain tidiness of boardroom, reception, and kitchen. • Prepare, edit, format and print letters, memos, and other materials. • Assist staff members with projects as well as a variety of routine office duties as required. • Perform project-based work and a variety of routine office duties as required.
