Position Overview:  Reporting directly to the Manager, the Associate, Non-Brokered Private Placements supports the processing and administration of private placement transactions. This role focuses on ensuring accurate documentation, timely coordination with internal teams, and efficient settlement of transactions. It is well-suited for someone detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
