Description

South Mountain Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant Director of Food Services to join our team at our skilled nursing facility located in Vauxhaul, NJ. The ideal candidate will assist in overseeing daily kitchen operations, ensure compliance with dietary regulations, and help maintain a high standard of meal quality and service for our residents.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care food service setting
  • Prior supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to food service in healthcare
  • ServSafe Certification required or ability to obtain
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
