Cleaning and maintaining dishwashing equipment and reporting any issues. Keeping kitchen, preparation and scullery areas clean and hygienic. Ensuring correct handling of chemicals and equipment. Assisting with basic food preparation tasks when required. Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods.
