Job Description As our People & Culture Advisor, you’ll assist with the daily operations of the department, partner with HODs, and assist to drive the P&C strategy in conjunction with the Director of People & Culture. Your role is central to delivering the people plan boosting performance, engagement, and capability while guiding effective change management to support our resorts strategic goals.
