• Functions as the strategic business leader of the property’s Beverage and Food Operations
• The areas of responsibility include Lollo, Bar Lollo, Warabi, Curious, WET, In Room Dining, Banquets
• The Director of B&F works with direct reports to develop and implement B&F departmental strategies
• The position oversees and ensures that the B&F operations meet the Brand’s Standards (BSA), and luxury, Leading Quality Assurance (LQA)
• Ensure guest and talent satisfaction, focusing on growing revenues and maximising the department’s financial performance
