Job Description Reporting to the Venue Manager, our Brewery Team of Food & Beverage/Bar Attendants play a major role in creating the vibrant service experience our guests have come to expect, providing service across our Brewery beverage, gaming and restaurant areas. Key Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests, assist with enquiries and reservations. • Take orders accurately, offer menu recommendations, and maximise sales through suggestive selling. • Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring quality, presentation, and temperature are maintained. • Operate the POS system efficiently and ensure all transactions are processed accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, restaurant, and service areas. • Follow all Food Safety and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) guidelines. • Assist with setting up and servicing functions and events as required. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have: Availability to work a range of shifts including days, nights, weekends and event days. MUST hold both RSA and RCG Competency Cards. Impeccable grooming and presentation. A genuine desire to provide exceptional service. Experience in a similar role is highly desired.
