Deliver exceptional, friendly service to guests, ensuring every poolside experience reflects the hotel’s luxury standards. Prepare and present beverages according to brand standards, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation. Liaise with the Kitchen on special requests. Exceptional guest service and communication skills, with a warm and engaging personality. Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification. Impeccable personal presentation and a passion for luxury hospitality.
