Currently seeking a passionate and experienced Chef for their Kamloops location to inspire and lead the team towards continued success. The base salary range is $70-75K plus generous bonus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience managing a culinary team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Skilled with the management of inventory, food cost, labour, variable costs, prep charts, etc
• Proven leadership skills - people development and motivation, technical culinary skills training, policy and procedure management, time management, problem solving/decision making
• Self-motivated/driven
• Positive/high energy
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to achieve short and long-term goals
