This role focuses on generating consistent, year-round base business by securing preferred corporate partnerships, maximizing room night production, and increasing market share for both properties. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong relationship-building skills, local market knowledge, and a results-driven approach to outside sales. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Sales * Prospect, solicit, and secure new LNR and corporate accounts in key segments including: * Energy & industrial * Construction & project crews * Agriculture & food processing * Healthcare * Government & municipal * Education * Transportation & logistics * Develop and execute quarterly and annual sales action plans for both markets * Conduct regular outside sales calls, site visits, and client meetings * Identify and target companies with consistent room night needs * Actively participate in RFP season and manage corporate rate negotiations * Meeting Broker: Complete all daily RFP checks and submissions accurately and on time, without exception. * HG Sales Calls: Participate in all scheduled IHG sales calls, follow instructions, and complete assigned actions promptly. * IHG/WHG Training: Maintain full compliance with all required training modules. * Blitz Participation: Attend and actively participate in all Blitz calls, whether by phone or in person.
