We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires experience in a fast-paced environment, particularly in fine dining or nightlife settings, where attention to detail and exceptional service are paramount.

SKILLS

• Proficient in using POS systems (Aloha POS, Micros POS) for efficient order management.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a busy environment.
• Excellent sales skills to promote drink specials and upsell menu items effectively.
• Previous fine dining or nightclub experience preferred, showcasing an understanding of high-quality service standards.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food handling and preparation.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport with guests quickly.

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage.
• Assist in setting up for events, including banquets and catering services, ensuring all necessary supplies are available.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to guests at the bar or dining area.
