THE OPPORTUNITY Weintraub Tobin’s Sacramento office is seeking a full-time Corporate Paralegal to support a dynamic group of transactional attorneys within our Corporate and Healthcare practices. This position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale document organization, tracking transaction progress, and ensuring the timely execution of key deliverables. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to move projects forward while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service. Responsibilities include assisting with due diligence, preparing legal documents, regulatory filings, maintaining corporate records, and liaising with clients and third parties. This opportunity is ideal for a graduate of a paralegal program or approved postsecondary institution (as aligned with California Business and Professions Code §§ 6450) who is looking to build a long-term career within the legal field.
