That includes: Monitor alarms and CCTV across global offices and events, escalting issues to Security Officers and following SOPs to ensure compliance Identify and escalate threats and risks to business operations and employee safety, including verifying wellbeing through direct communication. Support travel risk workflows by triaging and escalating high-risk travel incidents Provide emergency and critical assistance to employees during incidents such as P0 events, harrassment, fire, unauthorised access and more Respond professionally and compassionately to calls and Slack messages, delivering high-quality customer service Redirect non-security queries to appropriate teams when necessary Operate key security systems including C-Cure 9000, Mission Control, and Genetec.
