Position Overview: As an Estate Planning and Probate Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, you will handle a diverse caseload involving all facets of estate planning, probate litigation, and guardianship administration. This position demands a deep understanding of Florida guardianship and probate laws, and the ability to manage complex cases with precision and client-focused sensitivity. The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation skills and a thorough knowledge of estate planning strategies. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective estate planning strategies for clients, including the drafting of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. Handle all aspects of probate administration and litigation, ensuring compliance with all state laws and court procedures. Manage guardianship cases from inception through resolution, providing guidance and support to guardians and families.
