We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Consultant in PICU to join one of the prestigious hospitals in Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the PICU department, overseeing the care and treatment of critically ill pediatric patients.- Conduct thorough assessments, make accurate diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.- Collaborate with other medical specialists in various disciplines to provide comprehensive care for patients.- Supervise and guide junior medical staff, ensuring quality and standard of care.- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in the field of pediatric intensive care.- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patients' medical histories and progress.- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and management.- Participate in research activities and contribute to the hospital's academic and training programs.- Adhere to ethical and professional standards, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
