Your day to day
From the moment a guest starts to consider a vacation until their arrival and stay at the InterContinental Hayman Island, you will create a genuinely memorable experience. As Hayman Concierge you’ll lead the delivery of guest requests and enquiries to ensure complete guest satisfaction. You’ll also be a brand ambassador and develop great working relationships with internal and external stakeholders

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and flexibility
• Fluency in English - extra language skills would be great, but not essential.
• Valid full drivers’ license
• RSA certificate for Queensland
• Flexibility - night, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job
• Advanced study or qualifications would be advantageous but not essential
