Job Description This role is responsible for contributing to deliver expectational guest service and creating a welcoming first impression for all guests at ibis Styles Brisbane. As the first point of contact for the hotel, this role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable guest experience from arrival through to departure. Key responsibilities include managing guest check-ins and outs, handling reservations and guest enquiries, processing payments, and providing accurate information about hotel services and local attractions. The role also involves responding to guest requests promptly, resolving issues in a professional manner, and maintaining clear communication with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Front Office all-rounders are expected to uphold Accor's Heartist service culture, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality at all times.
