External Communications & Media Relations: Own day-to-day external communications for all restaurants, managing media relations, PR agencies, influencers, and KOLs to secure high-quality coverage, tier-1 placements, awards submissions, and impactful media experiences. Partnership Development: Identify, develop, and manage innovative partnerships and sponsorships across the resort, leveraging industry relationships to amplify F&B campaigns, drive awareness, reservations, and footfall. Campaign & Content Development: Craft compelling brand narratives and F&B promotions that integrate into 360° marketing campaigns, working closely with the wider F&B marketing, social media, and on-property teams.
