We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with guests.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, OpenTable, or similar systems is advantageous.
• Culinary experience or knowledge of food handling practices is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the restaurant schedule.

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent guest services throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to inquiries, and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Adhere to all food safety guidelines, sanitation standards, and health regulations.
• Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring quality control in accordance with culinary standards.
• Process payments accurately through cash handling or cashiering duties.
