Casna is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to oversee the public areas and floor care operations at a world-renowned 5-star hotel. If you take pride in flawless finishes, luxurious standards, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to lead where only world-class standards will do.
·Ensuring Impeccable Presentation:
Oversee the daily cleaning and maintenance of lobbies, corridors, lounges, restaurants, bars, restrooms, and meeting spaces. You’ll ensure every detail reflects the luxury standards our client is famous for.
·Mastering Floor Care:
Lead a specialist team in polishing, restoring, and protecting everything from marble and wood to delicate carpets – using state-of-the-art equipment and techniques.
·Leading From the Front:
Motivate, train, and manage a talented team of supervisors and operatives. From scheduling to performance reviews and advanced training, you’ll help your team grow and excel.
·Managing Inventory & Compliance:
Keep your department running smoothly with strong control of cleaning supplies and equipment, while ensuring full compliance with health & safety and COSHH regulations.
·Collaborating Across Departments:
Work hand-in-hand with other hotel teams like Engineering, Events, and Front Office to deliver a seamless guest experience, especially during high-profile events.
