SKILLS

• Previous hotel experience is desirable, however full training will be provided.

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure they are tidy and presentable.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a friendly and efficient manner.
